About Anders Bermadinger Markussen

With over 15 years of connection to the construction industry, I have built a strong foundation of technical knowledge and professional competencies. The foundation helps me find the best possible, most creative, and sustainable solutions for the many challenges the building industry daily offers. From my positions as Architect, Project Consultant, Construction Manager and Mason I have obtained experience and competencies within project planning, BIM, sustainability, consulting, work environment, construction management, project control, customer relations, quality assurance, maintenance, Facilities Management, as well as various IT-related programmes. Common for my experiences are relations between people. Over two years in Germany and an exchange semester in New Zealand has given me a wider view of buildings and architecture - but in particular of the people who also operate in this field. That is why I understand, that teamwork between people is the key to achieve success with our common projects. My ability to adapt to alternating work and social environments is therefore one of my biggest strengths. I thrive both as self-driven, but also in close relation to my colleagues. I happily take responsibility, as I see this as key for my own development. To maintain an overview of and to prioritize the daily assignments I use lists, which functions as one of my primary "go-to" tools. As a person, I am humorous, grounded but ambitious, and genuinely interested in the people around me.
