I'm an embedded systems software engineer with some project management experience and a bachelor's degree in electrical engineering. 8 years experience as Software Developer with developing software for embedded test solution for use in the installation and maintenance market of the telecommunications industry. My core competences is software development both backend and GUI (C++/Qt), but I have also done some FGPA coding (VHDL) and I have experience with Linux environments and driver development. Skills: C/C++, Qt, VHDL, GUI, Software development, Embedded Systems, Spec/Design/Test specification, CVS, SVN, Telecommunication protocols and standards. 8 years of software development experience working as - Software Developer on the Network Master, creating software for a new Gigabit Ethernet module- Software Developer on the CMA maintaining and developing new features and applications, mostly software (both backend and GUI) but also some FPGA and driver- Software Developer on the Network Master Pro/Flex, part of the team responsible for creating the instrument GUI. 1 year with some Project Management experience - Managed a small R&D team consisting of 5 engineers tasked with maintaining and updating an existing system with new features and applications- Responsible for specification creation, planning, development and testing with the R&D team- I’ve coordinated our work with other managers and R&D groups locate in Japan and USA.
