About Anders Bundgaard Purup

I bring over 15 years of professional experience across supply chain, planning, technology, and data management. My career journey has given me a broad foundation in how businesses operate — from inventory and demand planning to digital transformation and data governance — and a deep appreciation for the role of trusted, well-managed data in driving success. I began my career at Diageo, where I spent 4 years as a Global Inventory Analyst, working in supply chain and inventory management. From there, I joined Nike and spent 9 years across diverse functions including demand planning (golf), retail operations (football, golf, and tennis footwear), supply planning, and online retail partner analysis. This experience honed my ability to work with complex data, cross-functional teams, and fast-moving global businesses. After Nike, I transitioned into technology at Rituals as a Program Manager within the Business Technology team, delivering tech projects and initiatives to support the business. This role strengthened my skills in program delivery, stakeholder management, and bridging business and IT. Most recently, I joined bol, where for almost 2 years I’ve been part of the Data Management team. In my current role as Data Domain Partner, I collaborate with business data domains to align on governance, quality, and regulatory requirements. I coordinate between domain teams and data management to ensure data is trusted, compliant, and business-ready — enabling bol to treat data as a true strategic asset. What ties all of these experiences together is my passion for making data, processes, and systems work better for the people and businesses who rely on them. I thrive in roles where I can bring structure, alignment, and clarity to complex environments, while keeping business value at the center. I am always open to sharing knowledge and learning from others in the areas of data management, governance, supply chain, and technology.
