I do IoT business development with enterprises that want to explore how to monetize data from devices they sell or manage. Or how they can evolve their service offerings by enabling IoT solutions. Supporting organizations that have business requirements that can be met with IoT solutions and then matchmake them with relevant partners in an IoT eco system. I was earlier the VP Business Development in the Industry & Society group in Ericsson North America based out of Boston. My main responsibility was Business Development and included driving strategic growth initiatives, developing partnerships as well as drive value into specific key customer engagement. Prior to this I was heading up Ericsson’s Global Energy & Utility practice with the responsibility do develop and execute Ericsson strategy towards the Energy & Utility segment, products and service offering development, and establishing a sustainable business within the segment. I have more than 25 years’ experience from Professional Services in an international business environment and have upheld many management positions. As head of Ericsson Enterprise Global services organization a 350M$ business was established, with customers in more than 100 countries. I have also been involved in acquisition Ericsson did in the Industry & Society segments.
