Previous ministry experience as Family Life Pastor and Interim Administrative Pastor in a large exurb congregation and school in the Greater Minneapolis – St. Paul area. As well as Associate Pastor in the suburbs of Cincinnati. Broader congregational proficiency in preaching and teaching; ministry evaluation, re-conceptualization, and implementation; as well as staff management, organizational efficiency, and project oversight. ‘Contracted Faculty of Practice’ at Concordia University, St. Paul since 2010. Proven reputation of student-focus, relatability, and inspiring application beyond theory. Consistent course load of undergraduate and graduate studies in the Department of Psychology & Family Science and Department of Theology & Ministry, involving both synchronous and asynchronous contexts. In 2020, began serving as Coordinator of Online Theology and Ministry Courses, tasked with ongoing course enhancement and the facilitation of twenty-five contracted instructors responsible for over one hundred sections annually.
