Career plans / ambitions: To remain in key position, managing and develop business in the technology industry. Working within Strategic Sourcing or Supply Chain Management with strong supplier relationship focus towards the company’s strategic suppliers on a global basis. Develop the complexity of managing strategic suppliers and business development as well as contribute internally with best practice. Continue to develop a strong leadership on strategic, tactical and operational level. Work as an “expert” within the area I represent. Summary of my profile: Today more than 16 years within sales- and customer relationship management, and more than 8 years within Sourcing and Supply and supplier relationship management on both strategic and operating level. Strong communication skills that handle all kinds of situation and teams in different areas within the customer and supplier’s operations as well as internally. I have worked with all kinds of sales position, such as; field sales, strategic/global account manager (KAM) and regional sales manager. On the Sourcing and Supply side, I have had positions as strategic sourcing/corporate program manager and global material manager. Effectively work with meetings, negotiations, presentations through strategic, tactical and operational leadership management. Management experience from leading IDT Regional sales operation in Nordic with offices in both Stockholm and Helsinki. I also have strong experience from informal leadership with cross functional category responsibilities to develop different long term strategies in different technology areas globally within Radio and Core hardware sourcing at Ericsson.
