Background

About Anders Elmer Jensen

I am a B.SC. in Mechanical Engineering and my supplementary line of study was Mechatronics. With 30+ years of experience from development- and production companies, I have gained solid skills within: • Project management • Integrated product development • Concept development • Construction of production equipment • Design and Innovation • Building and testing of prototypes • 3D CAD modeling, detail drawing and other documentation • Supervision Throughout my career, I have given priority to having “hands-on". By so doing, I have built up extensive experience in production, assembly and commissioning when my projects were to be completed. As a project manager, I think overall oriented with the emphasis on mechanical and technical, but also involves the commercial and human aspects when a task is to be discussed and solved with stakeholders. I try to challenge the requirements of the assignment and get control of "need to have" and "nice to have", thus working from "thinking" to "knowing" what and how the task can to be solved. I take pride in developing innovative products and devices that make a different and are of high quality.
