By using communication, common sense and a sense of humor I always try to make a difference to individuals and teams within technical areas. I see myself as a genuine and positive leader and I put high value in collaboration and trust. One of my goals is to always inspire and challenge status quo by impacting the mindset of the people I engage with, which hopefully helps them to unleash their full potential. I become genuinely happy when coworkers succeeds in their work. I have been working in the automotive business for more than 20 years, both on the customer and supplier side, in large companies and organizations with a cross cultural collaboration. In these positions I always had the pleasure of engaging in large networks and close supplier and customer relations which I fancy a lot. The attraction I find in this business is the speed and dynamic environment, the need of quick adaptation to any changes, the large network of people, cultures and global teams. I highly believe that attitude and mindset is more important than the knowledge itself. The mix of leading teams and involve in technical challenges creates my perfect match.
