About Anders Hellstrand

I have a 4-year mechanical technical high school and a university Business degree combined with a solid business, commercial, technical and leadership experience and knowledge of the international aerospace industry from a procurement commodity leadership and Program Management perspective. My core expertise and experience is in the interface between business management, senior leadership, external contacts in different cultures and technology. From more than 20 years in the aviation industry, including 9 years as a manager and two abroad expat experiences (US and South Africa), I have experience in negotiating international long-term contracts in the $10M -+50M level and achieve financial, commercial, legal, performance, risk management agreements as well as managing Customer satisfaction. In recent years as a Program Manager I'm running my program together with the IPT (Integrated Program Team) consisting of 5 FTE, Finance, Commercial Manager, Chief Engineer, Chief Manufacturing Engineer. As a manager, I am clear in my expectations; I'm simplifying and break down goals, point out the direction, identify what is most important and give constructive feedback. My leadership style is inspiring and results-oriented; I'm good verbally, open doors and develop relationships internally and externally. I am flexible and have a deep understanding of critical success factors, which means that I am both strategic and analytical.
