The primary purpose of Technology R&D is to provide an technical overview and holistic systems perspective on interacting technical functions such as systems design, treatment processes, automation and project management. Models and methods for management, steering and monitoring of projects and portfolios are provided through the integrated PMO function. Supply and training of project management resources. Over 24 years of varied engineering background in a variety of companies and organizations has provided me with a profound technical understanding, people skills and an excellent sense of business. The most intriguing challenge however is still how to best make people work together in various organizations. My background holds management positions ranging from projects thru to executive, developing people and organizations, technical systems, business concepts and complex system deliveries. International experience primarily from Korea, Japan, Taiwan and the USA.
