As a person, I’m grounded, positive and self-driven with a strong focus on facts and results. I appreciate an informal environment with a serious - at the same time - creative approach to problem-solving. I also like the combination of working across the organisation with a variety of stakeholders to - on the other hand - be immersed in listening, interpret and understand human attitudes, patterns and behaviour from raw data. My name is Anders, and I’m a human-centric researcher and experience creator with +10 years’ within CX, EX and UX. I am very curious about the development of businesses, products and services based on a systematic approach to human centricity as a business discipline.
