Commitment, transparency, competence, clear roles, mandates and resources and trust is someone who is very fond of me. These conditions are important parts of the work environment area where people play the most important roles. Other important conditions that may be needed are clear processes that help employees as new, employees who need reminder / support in the daily or co-workers who have been on parental leave. The processes should help us with why we do what we do, who should do, how we want to do, when to do it and how we do if it does not go as we intended. With the insight that the processes create opportunities, but that reality does not always match, it is important to have presence to see what works.
