During the last year I have worked in Danske Bank as Senior Project Manager on 2 different projects within regulatory projects - Business Risk Transformation in BCPM (Business Controls & Product Management). I have +8 years experience form the Logistics industry within customer implementation, process improvement- and TMS (Transport Management System) projects. I have been working as a specialist, trainer, change manager, project manager and not least as Manager in DSV Road, BCM - Implementation. My most recent role was Manager where I had the responsibiIity of leading a team of 6 individuals, implementing and preparing countries for new standard processes and systems. I have a masters degree in Strategic Market Creation (MSc. SMC) from Copenhagen Business School and I am certified within Project management and Change management. My main competences are within: • Project and Change Management (Prince2 Agile and Prosci (ADKAR) certified Change Practitioner) • Leadership (Leadership - Niels Brock and experience leading a team of 6). • Business strategy and management • Process optimization (Lean, Six Sigma methodologies) • Operational Excellence I will describe myself as being extrovert, committed, ambitious and self driven. At the same time I highly appreciate teamwork. I am attentive and good at relations and easy to be around. I have a passion for people, both leading them and working with people with different backgrounds and competencies. In my free time, I am an active person who enjoys several kinds of sports, e.g. windsurfing, mountain biking, running and swimming and I am proficient in home renovation projects.
