Background

About Anders Justenlund

I have built my career upon an extensive network of colleagues and leaders within the tourism and hospitality industry and in academia, a network which I interact with on a daily basis as a business developer and lecturer within hospitality management and tourism. My professional activities have afforded me the opportunity to travel the world, conducting presentations, piloting guest lectureships and providing keynotes in countries such as Belgium, Germany, France, UK, Vietnam, Australia, USA, Switzerland, The Netherlands and many more. Furthermore I am currently working with business development projects in East Africa, projects that bridges the gab between the professionnal industry and academia. These activities have ultimately provided me with an extended network and an international profile. My research interests lie within the areas of innovation, creative newthinking processes, corporate social responsibility, organisational behaviour/culture, change management and business model design. I seek to work with an innovative/creative perspective when solving work-related challenges and find teamwork crucial in creating and sustaining proper solutions. New forms of thinking is a necessity to succeed in the long-term. Additionally, curiosity, an outgoing nature, and an energetic approach are terms that describe me in my working activities. My colleagues describe me as being open-minded, charismatic, and as a keen initiator/motivator.
