About Anders K.

I grew up taking apart my father's computers and breaking the software, trying to understand how it worked and the limits that I was presented with, to great agony and smile on my father's behalf, though I suspect mostly agony -) I learned that creating something worthwhile always requires listening and willingness to understand while challenging the what and the why of the said problem, which made me realise I always wanted to build something to improve the lives around us, but also to help other people have better experiences in life, revolving around solving problems but also delivering value. I have found all of the above in Product Management, breaking down the what and the why of technology and people to understand how to make products that, as seamlessly as possible, integrate into people's lives. So far, this has made me enthusiastic and eager to contribute to team business success through solid work, attention to detail and excellent organisational skills. It has added experience as a technical Product Manager/Owner with a demonstrated history of working in SaaS, fintech and hardware companies with a tremendous human-centric approach, wanting to take apart what is/isn't there, and figure out how to improve that. I also believe- The specialist around you often knows better than the leader knows how to do anything- If things don't go the way you want, look at yourself, not others- We are often better when we serve others with servant leadership - The author is the hero. Creating is hard, and criticising is easy. Constructive feedback is key- It is essential always to be motivated to learn and humble to grow and excel in creating software that creates valuable change for businesses and their users while focusing on the bigger picture of making the world sustainable and safer- It is critical to clearly understand your product(s) and stakeholders, focusing on both the bigger strategic picture and running daily tasks- Studying a bachelor in Theology and trying out the army can teach you a lot about people and how we interact! My experience overall: Launched new and maintained legacy products but also "killed your darlings" while using agile data-driven decisions and creating a strategic vision, mission and direction for the products and companies I have been a part of, plus much more. In general: Very interested in sustainability, EVs, ML/Automation/AI for cars, green transition and infrastructure, taking courses and classes to drive my ambition and joy - focusing on a better future for both humans and the earth we inhabit -)
