Starting as a young consultant in the 90´s was an amazing time with new technology and a booming IT industry. Working at a fast growing consultancy company it became very clear what worked and what didn't. When growth and market came before people, knowledge and quality the outcome was easy to foresee. I believed there was another way of doing things and decided to create something different. I CO-founded Dynabyte in 2001 with the goal of building an IT consultant company that would be fun, healthy and always deliver high quality. At Dynabyte we believe that people are the driving force in everything we do. When we as individuals stick to three simple principals we can accomplish anything. Honesty, curiosity and effort. By being honest to your self and others about what you know, where you want to go and what you like we can grow each other and create teams that deliver true value. Always curious makes us excel in new fields and keeps us in the forefront of where the ever faster technology evolution takes us. I read my first course in AI in -95, then it was all theory, today we make it happen every day. Bringing your best every day. By loving what we do we bring our best every day and we inspire each other to reach further and explore new ideas. At Dynabyte we have lived by this for the past 18 years and we are always developing what we are and where we want to be tomorrow. My focus and passion is and has always been the cross-road where new technology makes an impact in our lives. We see it all around us in the shape of new disruptive companies challenging traditional industries using new tech tools to our everyday surrounding with smart devices and simple, more adaptive software to help us in everyday life. I am passionate about helping companies accelerate their digital transformation and be leaders in their field.
