About Anders Lindfors

In college, I was a student tech, which only served to foster my desire to learn, understanding, and apply that understanding to help others. I studied music performance, which shares many qualities with the world of software, and helped challenge my creativity, organization, problem solving, and being able to process information in a quick manner. From there, I acquired a wealth of experience in the world of coffee, both as a barista and a manager, which enabled me to hone in on my ability to communicate with, and assist, the customer to succinctly rectify any issue they may encounter. My management experience allowed me to work out logistics in a timely manner, and plan ahead accordingly to ensure all facets of the company operated smoothly. I have been working in tech for 8 years now, and my past experiences and tireless work ethic have afforded me the ability to move up and grow. I am always trying to learn more and improve myself, and have been told many times that my kind, bedside manner in which I deal with customer issues is an asset unto itself. Whether it be through my music or customer service, I take pride in doing what I can to make each day a little bit better for whomever I encounter.
