KEY ACHIEVEMENTS Developed, sold and delivered unique software deployment method for ANZ Bank saving approx.$5M in deployment cost, reducing completion time by 75% and virtually eliminating service disruption which achieved high levels of Customer Satisfaction. Delivered the Regional Managed Radio Network Upgrade for Emergency Management Victoria, CFA, SES, Victoria Police and Corrections Victoria. The deployment had an overall budget in excess of $60M and deployed approx. digital radios. Successfully delivered the ANZ Bank ATM Infrastructure Program 10 months ahead of schedule and $200K under budget whilst achieving a 93% success rate on scheduled installs. This covered approx. 1,700 ATM’s across Australia at a rate of 10-15 sites per day. Successfully led the Design and Implementation of a Project Lifecycle Quality Framework on all projects for ANZ Bank providing improved cycle times by virtually eliminating rework and increased customer satisfaction. This included training approx. 100 people. Led the Statement of Work negotiations for Openet Professional Services with Softbank – via translator - in Tokyo to successful closure worth approx.$500K, resulting in Openet's first customer in Japan.
