About Anders Mortin

Dedicated professional with more than 20 years’ experience with processes and systems in Clinical Development. Extensive experience in strategy, leadership and handling of cross-functional teams. Innovative thinker and eClinical expert with strong skills in project and data management. I am passionate about combining leadership, project management and subject matter knowledge in order to design, develop and implement solutions to address specific situations. This is reflected in the Copenhagen-based pharmaceutical consulting company, TriTiCon, which I co-founded in 2015. I hold a Master’s in Engineering Physics from Lund University in Sweden and have been working in the realms of the pharmaceutical industry since 1992. Holding various roles in the fields of business, program, data and project management since then has provided me with a broad and solid fundament for which TriTiCon is based. Throughout my career, I have been focused on optimisation and development of the interface between people, processes and technology. TriTiCon provides a variety of services in the fields of eClinical process and systems, strategy and business planning and trial set-up and execution. This may include implementing a change of processes and systems, defining the sourcing strategy and establishing systems and tools to help manage clinical trial set-up and execution.
