About Anders Muusmann

I take enormous pride in - and joy from – the process of building nabogo from scratch. It brings challenges at so many levels and it requires me to re-invent myself, the product/value proposition and the organization numerous times. At nabogo we have challenged ourselves with the task of inventing a new product/service to a completely new customer and thus creating a completely new market. The number of moving parts is huge, and our challenge is therefore to ensure that we constantly develop and adjust all elements of the value chain in the right direction and at the right time. Defining the go-to-market strategy, designing our execution model and the organization, learning and calibrating based on the experiences we get is both extremely challenging and motivating at the same time. But the part I love the most is building the organization and creating a winning culture. At nabogo we have managed to create a culture where all our 20 employees are high performers. They are all working with challenges that have never been solved before and they are all achieving tremendous results. We empower them to make decisions and we ensure that they are pushed to grow - with nabogo. Being first hand witness to nice and cool people growing with their challenges is the biggest joy of my job!
