About Anders Nervell

Anders G. O. Nervell practices in the areas of real estate development, transactions and financing, and commercial business transactions. Mr. Nervell represents parties in the development of condominium projects and subdivisions, and in the structuring, negotiation and documentation of real property acquisitions, dispositions and commercial leases. He has extensive experience in real property conveyancing and financing matters, and he counsels condominium associations on general management and governance issues. Mr. Nervell also serves as a consultant to the Hawaii State Real Estate Commission in the review of condominium project applications prior to the issuance of public reports. Mr. Nervell received his Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance, with distinction, from the University of Hawaii in 1988. He received his Juris Doctor degree in 1991 from California Western School of Law, where he served on the editorial board for the law review. Mr. Nervell is a member of the Hawaii State Bar Association (member: Real Property and Financial Services Section) and American Bar Association (member: Real Property, Probate and Trust Law Section). He speaks fluent Swedish, and is a member of the Swedish American Bar Association. Mr. Nervell is also the Honorary Consul of Sweden for the State of Hawaii.
