About Anders Nobelius

I have worked in the vehicle industry since 2002. I'm experienced in fields such as Powertrain Engineering, CAD support, Project Management, Aftermarket and Maintenance. I started out as a Design Engineer at Volvo Powertrain in Gothenburg. 3 years later I moved to USA and have here worked for different Volvo companies, such as Volvo Powertrain, Volvo IT and Volvo Parts. The last 3 years I have focused more on the Aftermarket side of the business. Working as a project manager with maintenance and quality Issues. For awhile I drove the large projects here at Volvo in Hagerstown from an Aftermarket perspective. Projects that had to do with new legislation's for On Board Diagnostics and Green House Gas among others. Fall 2013 I became the manager for the Aftermarket Project Office in Hagerstown. This opportunity to become a manager have made me grow and I know that I have found my passion, to help develop others and set the aim for the future! In end of 2016 I took on additional responsibilities and am driving AMT in NA as an acting Director, this turned into a full time hire as of Sep 2017. I'm really excited, I love what I'm doing and am looking forward to the challenges in my Director role!
