Matrix teams functional and projects 10-30 persons across countries and steering committees consisting of VP and SVP's. My experience is backed up with a strong theoretical foundation with Supply Chain Management degree (HD) from Copenhagen Business School, Leadership program at CBS-SIMI executive and multiple negotiation, project & management courses. I work very structured, analytical, results oriented, with a strong drive and always build cases on analyses and decisions based on fact.
