About Anders Rom

At Unify Partners, in addition to holding a leadership position, I provide independent Digital Transformation and ERP advisory services to business leaders, CxOs and boards. In the ERP advisory space we also advice on other off the shelf systems such as finance systems, BI systems, CRM systems, e-commerce systems, HR systems etc. I work primarily with private sector companies in Denmark and abroad. In particular, This includes publicly listed companies, PE-owned companies, owner-managed companies etc. I enjoy being able to deliver my advisory services to clients in many different geographies incl. Europe, Asia and the US. I hold a PhD in finance and ERP systems and when I have time to do so I give lectures and key notes in finance and ERP systems at e.g. M.Sc. and executive courses at Copenhagen Business School and at conferences. With a combined background in ERP and finance, I also work in the CFO services domain (incl. finance design, activity-based costing, management reporting etc.). In 2011, I was awarded as Berlingske Business Talent 100.
