Platform management and active work within processes and communication around the use of these tools within the workplace management in different organizations. Focus on connecting business needs to technical solutions on the more organizational level, rather than technical. I have a mantra that I keep on repeating to myself and others: No, you are not very special, until you realize that the only way to become special is to direct your focus away from yourself and towards your only real responsibility - the end user you should be trying to help out.
