In all my doings I have had an eye on the psychology behind financial decision making. Today I help financial institutions adapt automatic financial advisory tools to human behavior. Some experiences from the financial Industry: I work as a Spokesperson for Nordea Bank as its Savings-economist. I have been at Nordea since 2018. Co-created Sparplatsen - an automatic financial advisor, which we sold to Movestic in 2017. Discovered, re-valued and investigated the, until then, largest trading loss in Sweden (Carnegie Investment Bank, 2007, loss of SEK 630m)- assigned to lead the efforts in re-writing all risk limits, instructions and policies and implement a new risk system- also involved in all legal processes following the incident. Investigated and reported on the largest reported trading loss in Sweden (HQ Bank, 2010, loss of SEK 1.2bln) I was deeply involved in selling Carnegie Investment Bank to Altor and Bure (2009) and in purchasing HQ Bank (2010). I have a solid understanding of derivatives and structured investments, how to tailor an investment to a clients needs. I have a solid understanding of bank regulation and the Basel framework I have long standing experience in strategic leadership- I was the vice chairman for 8 years in a pro-bono organization with 2500 members.
