About Anders Wide

After working more than 20 years as a consultant, I’ve had the privilege to work in many different types of assignments in several sectors, mainly within functions as Shared Services, HR and IT. I act in roles such as program- and project manager, change manager and interim manager. I'm used to gain an understanding of how complex organizations and their operations work and to find ways and approaches to implement necessary changes and efficiencies. I consider myself having a very good ability to handle overall group and management demands together with the challenges of an operational function and its daily work. I have gained international experience when I was hired as interim manager at Vattenfall Nordic IT function and when I was part of the International management team at HR Services Vattenfall Europe, with operations in Sweden, Germany and the Netherlands. I consider myself to be efficient and structured. When it comes to the need of creating structure and a systematic approach, I have experience working with most common models for project and process management, such as PROPS, XLPM, ITIL, PM3, etc. Special skills:* Change Management * Interim Manager * Program Management * Project Management * Lean I hold a Prosci Change Management Certification within the ADKAR model and Prosci Change Management framework
