With over 25 years of experience in the machine solutions and manufacturing sector, I am a seasoned sales professional with a passion for problem solving and customer satisfaction. I currently work as a Key Account Manager and Regional Sales Manager Scandinavia at Graniten, a global leader in providing machine solutions to the pharmaceutical manufacturing and healthcare automation industry. I am motivated by the challenge of finding the best solutions for my clients and delivering value-added services that exceed their expectations. In my current role, I am responsible for managing and developing key accounts in the Scandinavian region, as well as leading and coaching a team of sales representatives. I also monitor and analyze sales performance and customer feedback, and provide strategic recommendations to improve customer satisfaction and retention.
