About Anderson Clavico

I`m a Senior Software Engineer with 12+ years of experience in backend development, system architecture, and technical leadership. I specialize in designing and delivering scalable, reliable, and business-critical platforms using.NET, C#, SQL Server, MongoDB, Redis, Kafka, Azure, Docker, and React. My work spans ERP and investment systems, always with a strong focus on solving complex problems and creating solutions that drive real value for users and businesses.Throughout my career, I’ve led high-impact projects involving data standardization, platform integrations, and modernization of critical services. One highlight was leading the full migration of a customer support module from Salesforce to Zendesk. I designed and implemented an architecture that unified incoming customer data, routed each request through an internal rule engine, and adapted payloads to the specific contract of each service. The solution was built using.NET, C#, MongoDB, Redis, Kafka, Docker, Azure Kubernetes Services, APIM, Azure Blob, Salesforce, and Zendesk. This migration delivered a substantial reduction in licensing costs, improved usability for the support operation, and ensured a smooth and transparent transition for end customers — maintaining service quality while increasing agility and efficiency.I’m known for staying calm under pressure, collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams, and approaching challenges with clarity, pragmatism, and a long-term perspective. I’m continuously looking for opportunities that push me to grow, lead, and build impactful software with global reach.
