What I love most about my work is finding new ways to optimize processes and empower people to achieve more. With 15+ years at UPS, I gained broad experience in operations, process management, training, and leading high-performing global teams. Most recently, I led a learning & development team of 44 and implemented cloud-based training platforms that boosted efficiency by over 15%. I'm passionate about mentoring emerging leaders and was actively involved in UPS's Women's Leadership Development BRG as a member of the leadership committee and chair of the Community Connections sub-committee. I believe great leaders create psychologically safe cultures where people openly communicate ideas. My philosophy is to collaborate, gather insights from diverse perspectives, experiment often, and learn from results.
