Highly experienced Developer, Construction and Project Management Director, Property Investor, Educator & Mentor. Founded and developed Redbox Property Solutions Ltd T/A redboxdevelopments in 2007. Trading in domestic and commercial markets. Specialising in design, planning, new build, redevelopment and refurbishment. In 2015, partnering up with Paul Sheldon & Lloyd Girardi, we set up Blake Henderson Ltd in Barrow in Furness to provide high quality Serviced Accommodation to companies like BAE, GSK, Siemens, Dong Energy, Centrica, Kimberly Clark, and all of the subcontract companies working in the Barrow area. We currently have 82 rooms and apartments centrally located in the town and have been committed to working with the council to help regenerate the industrial town. A strategic professional and strong leader, motivator and developer of both people and a team. Working closely with employed trades, subcontractors, professionals and organisations to fulfil both our own and contracted projects in a positive, effective and efficient manner. Having founded Whitebox Property Solutions Ltd in 2014 with business partner Lloyd Girardi and following the success of the companies developments and investment strategy, the Property Developers Discovery 1 day Course and Property Developers Secrets 3 day course were both created to inspire and teach like minded investors on how they can become a property developer using little or none of their own money. In 2016, White Box Property Solutions launched the Property Developers Mastermind. PDM brings investors that are on the same journey together to compare challenges, successes and inside tips. This also evolved in 2017 to include the Property Developers Retreats to both Monaco and Bali where a small group of students are taken away from there businesses to work on their visions, values and structure to help them grow and scale to the next level. Health, fitness, wellbeing & nutrition has become a big part of my life over the last few years! I love working on all of the above daily for myself and supporting others in their journey’s too.
