I am not your average Chief of Staff. Of course, I am an organizational guru, can book travel from here to Timbuktu without breaking a sweat and manage multiple calendars with ease. The hats I wear are ever-changing as no two days in the hectic world of senior level management support are ever the same. I am also a Project Manager, Office Manager, Event Coordinator… and the list goes on. I have over 10 years of professional experience, much of which I have dedicated to supporting hard working executives and business owners keep organized, functioning effortlessly and reducing any potential stressors. My extensive past in both intimate offices and corporate giants have enabled me to develop multiple skills to remove as much from my executive's plate, resulting in better workflow and maximization of executive time and schedule. My calm under pressure and intuitive nature allows me to differentiate between matters that require escalation, and those I can proactively assist in before they ever reach the executive’s ears. My problem solving skills, paired with my efficient and empathetic mannerism often results in win/win outcomes for all parties involved. In addition to my professional career, I am passionate about creative thinking, writing and design. I especially love helping those in need and volunteering at organizations that make a positive impact on the community and the lives of those within it. I believe these aspects of my personal life are incorporated seamlessly in my professional life; as an eye for detail, function and confidentiality are critical in executing all a senior level manager may require or send my way. I not only represent executives in a professional manner but with finesse. In my previous roles, not only did I make the lives of those I supported easier, but I have also saved my employers thousands of dollars with my innovative ideas, improved company morale and increased employee engagement - to name a few. In a nutshell, I am a passionate professional who goes above and beyond to get the job done, in a concise and efficient manner. I am conscious I am an extension of the executive I support and understand that their goals become my goals. For when we work cohesively, we can accomplish anything.
