Previous Real Estate Portfolio Manager with 15+ years managing private investments and 4+ years leading strategy and risk analysis for millions of dollars of real estate assets. Contact: andimorgan03@gmail.com Background: After receiving a degree in Journalism/Advertising at UNC-Chapel Hill, I joined Orange County Animal Services and led the department's Communications efforts for 10 years. In early 2017, I became the first Assistant Director of Animal Services in Orange County, where I remained for another 4 years. In 2021, I accepted a real estate position with Orchard, where I managed millions of dollars of real estate and worked with hundreds of agents to help them direct smart and data-driven strategy in order to sell their client's homes for top dollar in a competitive market. In mid-2025, I returned to the animal world as the Assistant Director at Burlington Animal Services. I'm a consistent top performer and love using creativity, grit, analytics, and compassion to drive decision making. On the side, I am a long-time real estate investor and avid animal lover. I love projects that allow me to combine my love for endless idea creation with my equal love for a hands-on action approach to nearly anything, and I never pass up the opportunity to meet new people or animals.
