Andi Scher is a creative and well-connected licensing expert with over a decade of experience building multimillion dollar brand licensing partnerships across toys, home décor, apparel, costumes, puzzles, and other product categories. As the Managing Director of Mix Licensing Group, a top 40 global licensing agency, Andi has been instrumental in all stages of licensing from initial brand evaluation, licensing strategy, licensing acquisitions, contract negotiations, product approvals, and creative development including graphic design, copywriting, and digital marketing. With vast industry relationships across the most beloved brands, studios, agencies, and other IP holders, she is a strong relationship builder and understands how to effectively position businesses to create meaningful licensed consumer products programs that tell brand stories on shelves. Outside of building brand licensing, Andi also works with small businesses to develop their own brand identity through visual assets including pitch decks, business plans, websites, and other digital content. Additionally, she is a songwriter and musician who collaborates with other artists to self-produce and self-release music in the greater Seattle area and offers creative coaching for individuals and groups.
