I am a Program Manager at Traveloka, a leading online travel platform in Southeast Asia, where I lead IT projects for the Corporate Technology division. With over 14 years of experience in IT system design, problem solving, and decision making, I have a passion for creating innovative and efficient solutions that enhance the user experience and support the business goals. In my current role, I manage the end-to-end delivery of integration systems between the product and finance departments, as well as reporting systems that streamline product data into financial journals. I collaborate with cross-functional teams, communicate with stakeholders, and monitor project progress and quality. Previously, as a Senior Business Analyst, I was responsible for gathering requirements, testing applications, and ensuring timely project completion.
