23+ years of career specializing in continuous improvement management and Lean-Six Sigma implementation in-pursuit to build Lean culture through Leadership, Process & People and operations management at multi-national companies. Having improvement experience in various business processes and industries which include manufacturing (parts automotive, packaging, footwear, apparel), employee capability development, people engagement & well-being, financial management, chained E2E operation and education services. Lead and engaged with many multinational continuous improvement projects in US, China, Hongkong, Sri Lanka, Singapore, Vietnam, Thailand, Malaysia and Indonesia. Also travel frequently to support Lean training as a Lean trainer at Nike training center at Sri Lanka. This experience has given a lot of exposure working with the team in different culture and working environment. Through International travel (Sri Lanka, Hongkong, China, Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Vietnam), developed capability for cross-cultural communication.
