Her practice is also informed by her extensive lending experience, providing an all-in-one service for projects spanning all asset classes. Known for her efficiency and wide-ranging competence with all aspects of real estate dealmaking, Andi has particular expertise with multifamily, industrial, mixed-use, transit-oriented and master-planned projects. She also works with lenders across the country on loan originations and refinancings on a range of asset classes. Understanding the value of relationships in a negotiation-heavy industry, Andi is embedded in Denver’s dynamic real estate market. Prior to joining the firm, Andi was a global finance and debt services associate at Alston & Bird, LLP in Charlotte, North Carolina. Andi is also active in pro bono legal service and a long-time volunteer for organizations promoting outdoor causes, environmental conservation and rock climbing education.
