Senior Coordinator of Call Center at PT Herbalife Indonesia I've been working at PT Herbalife Indonesia as a member services especially call center who's Attracts potential customers by answering products and services, resolved service problems by clarifying the customer complaint, determining the cause of the problem, selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem, expediting correction or adjustment, following up to ensure the resolution. I also monitoring every call center agent about their performance, attendant, behaviour, skill, and manner with one on one coaching, we call this sharing session to developed their performance. With this experience i developed my abilities about customer services excellent, good leadership and also to be a ideal leader, product knowledge, quality focus, problem solving, market knowledge, phone skill, resolving conflict, analyzing information, multi-tasking. I have done my graduation from Timbul Nusantara University in August 2014, majoring economics. I am someone who is able to control a situation rather than allow situation to control me and I am someone who wants to work for a successful company with strong leadership and vision, one that recognizes and rewards performers. My interest range from Pool and reading book, i am also interested in painting.
