About Andi Tarau

Hey, I'm Andi. The name is easy to remember and sounds similar in both English and Romanian. I'm a tech-savvy guy and my number one passion is gaming, followed by music. I consider myself to have an inclination towards problem solving, I have strong people skills and am generally thought of as the funny guy of the group. I am able to maintain calm during situations that may be deemed as stressful. Throughout the years, I have been mainly focused on work that is people-oriented (customer support, barista, cashier, etc.) which further sharpened those skills. While doing the customer support oriented roles, I would never feel satisfied until I knew that the response I was going to offer amazed myself. The latest role (quality assessor) was based on documenting habits, activities and identifying workflow issues. The job, by nature, requires having great attention to detail, knowledge of sets of procedures and structuring an argument. Some other important bits were the following but not limited to: having people skills, being able to maintain your composure, freely discussing any flaw found during an inspection, etc. During my time with this role, I have also learned some important things about how a business works, how decisions are taken and what impact some changes can have on both employees and clients. I am looking forward to meeting new people, learning new things and passing any surplus knowledge I may have to other people as well, as this is what, in my opinion, creates a motivating and exciting workplace.
