About Andi Weigel

I balance my efforts in education between my freelance education contracting and serving as the Collaborative Director for Lake County School District in Leadville, Colorado. Years of experience in education has shown me that many organizations, private and districts alike, have limited capacity to successfully navigate the many facets of project management. Whether you need support sporadically on RFPs, grant proposals, or specific initiatives or more consistent guidance or support on grant project management, I can provide support where you need it. As the Collaborative Director for Lake County School District, I manage multiple grants and oversee district wide alignment. I work closely with district and building leaders, ensuring that we are implementing all components of our strategic plan while improving student and staff experience alike. Prior to working as the Collaborative Director, I spent four years teaching in both elementary and special education classrooms with Lake County School District in Leadville, Colorado and in Chinook, Montana at a rural, one-room schoolhouse. Holding a Master's of Education in Instructional Design, a Bachelor of Education in Interdisciplinary Studies, and a Principal license, I offer a wide range of education coupled with years of experience in a variety of settings. When I am not focused on improving the educational experience for all involved, I am blessed to be able to spend the rest of my time working on my cattle ranch with my husband. The time spent in the outdoors with my husband and livestock truly enriches my life.
