About Andison Jon

I have many roles over the last two to three decades. These roles have revolved around my core competencies of civil engineering and business management. I have been responsible for over three thousand kilometres of railway assets ensuring that it meets key performance criteria relating to safety, performance and business outcomes. I have enjoyed working in the areas of project engineering, project management, asset management, contract management, operational management, leading others, writing successful business cases and lead business plan development including developing asset plans and strategies. My civil engineering background combined with my business acumen allows me to be adaptable to any role related to an asset’s life cycle. This could be but not limited to building concepts, developing designs, project managing the creation of an asset, managing the operation of an asset or disposing of an asset when it is no longer required. Throughout my career I have demonstrated the ability to build and sustain relationships with key stakeholders where I have lead teams as well as being a team player.
