As the Retail Segment Program Manager for EMEA at Steelcase, I get to work on exciting projects that connect great design with people’s everyday lives. My current role is all about collaborating with talented teams to figure out how we can make our products more accessible and meet the ever-changing needs of our customers. I’m passionate about bringing ideas to life, whether that means launching new programs, optimizing processes, or just finding creative ways to solve challenges. I love working with diverse teams and helping create positive change in a fast-moving retail world. The best results come from strong teamwork and a bit of fun along the way! Continuous improvement oriented, with wide ranging background in developing Excel enhancements, Tableau dashboards and SQL databases, SAP automation. Proven record of leading complex global projects, owning multiple deliverable between solution design, improvement execution, change management and communication, project planning and training. 9+ years of Finance experience across multiple areas: management reporting and analysis, accounting, T&E - with intense cross-functional business acumen learning in areas of Sales, Operations, Opex, Categories and Corporate Finance.
