About Andra Chifor

I believe every client is unique in its own way. I work on understanding their reality, seeing things from their perspective so we can reach a common strategy. I am inspired by teams and organizations that acknowledge the role meaningful work plays in having high-functioning teams, empowered employees and great products. I am a big believer in empathy as a powerful business tool. Therefore, I guide my clients through a variety of challenges. From identifying the higher purpose of their work, clarifying roles and responsibilities, leading across generations, developing a digital mindset to nailing those difficult conversations that we all dread. Relying on a decade of experience, I work with clients over a broad spectrum of sectors, each with its own set of organizational and leadership challenges. I am also a psychologist and a Certified Trainer of Trainers since 2012 (The National Authority for Qualifications).
