I am a value driven Product Owner with a strong technology background, experienced in using a metrics-driven product development approach. I am passionate about building the most effective applications possible, through maximizing business value and minimizing costs, but also through enabling innovation. In my career I've worn many hats: software developer, team leader, business analyst, scrum master, project manager, people manager, product owner. As a result, I acquired a mindset of continuous improvement of the digital services, organizational efficiency and processes, but also I've learned how to overcome complex challenges related to the entire product or project lifecycle. I'm a strong believer that 10 people have more creative and problem solving power than one person alone, so I always strive to collaborate & surround myself with creative, capable people so that together we can come up with the best ideas & solutions for our products or projects. In my free time, I enjoy playing video games and going hiking, and of course spending time with my family.
