Graduate of the University of Bucharest in the Foreign Languages department, American-Korean Studies who is passionate about the culture of other countries. I have a developed analytical sense and the ability to do research due to the numerous essays and projects carried out within the faculty. I like to express myself the most in English, and that's why I'm looking for a job in this field. I am a serious person that likes to communicate and who always feels the need to develop on any level, in order to provide the best possible assistance to customers, ensuring their satisfaction and solving their issues efficiently. With a background in finance and customer support, I have developed my skills in problem-solving, client communication, and technical assistance. My previous role in the support department, allowed me to develop a keen understanding of financial systems and the importance of delivering exceptional customer service. I am eager to leverage my experience and continue to grow in this field by acquiring new skills and contributing to a dynamic team environment.
