I’ve had a great career as an elementary school teacher/reading specialist, but time was not my own. I was spending my evenings and weekends on report cards, bulletin boards and parent/teacher conferences! When my daughter was diagnosed with autism, I was scared, overwhelmed and determined to learn about autism & help her reach her full potential! I do not regret putting my career on hold, but I did lose myself during that time! I fell into a spiral of emotional eating, addicted to Diet Coke & fast food! At first, I thought this was under control. I realized that my energy, weight and confidence were compromised and I needed to change to better my health! Looking for a solution, I started researching the importance of whole foods and supplementation in filling the nutritional gaps to promote better overall health. I began to learn how simple changes to my diet could change the wayI felt. I made changes to my nutrition and was amazed by what I started to see. Within 2 weeks I noticed my cravings were subsided, considerable weight loss, and better sleep. I had an endless supply of energy, when before I was struggling to get through the day. As my transformation continued, I found people starting to notice & ask me what I was doing differently. I realized there were many women out there like me! I started getting paid by hosting private groups online offering my advice and newfound expertise. Before I knew it, this new passion of mine started to become a profit-able business. My entrepreneurial dream of building my own company and not someone else’s had come true. I started my own website where I provide recipes, free training and advice in the areas of overall good health and nutrition. I started 1 - 1 coaching to those women that are truly serious about putting a plan together to help them look and feel their best.
