About Andra Modock

As the Chief of ANG Recruiting and Retention Operations, I oversee the strategic planning and execution of the Air National Guard's recruiting and retention programs, ensuring compliance with federal regulations, policies, and procedures. I have a Master of Arts degree in Counseling Psychology, which enables me to apply those principles and techniques to enhance the performance, motivation, and well-being of the ANG members and candidates. I have over 29 years of experience in the United States Air Force and the Air National Guard, serving in various leadership and management roles in human resources, administration, and operations. I have developed and implemented effective human resources programs, incentive programs, documentation systems, and training initiatives to improve the quality and efficiency of the ANG's human capital. I am passionate about supporting the ANG's mission and vision, and I strive to foster a culture of diversity, inclusion, and excellence among the ANG community. I am a collaborative, adaptable, and resourceful leader who values teamwork, integrity, and service.
