I am a Data Ip Engineer at Vodafone, where I provide ICT operations and maintenance support for fixed network services and applications. I have a bachelor's degree in Electronics, Telecommunications and Information Technology from University POLITEHNICA of Bucharest, and I finished pursuing a master's degree in the same field. I have certifications in Cambridge Assessment English (CAE) C1 and Cisco CCNA1 to CCNA2. In my previous role as a Front Office Engineer at Huawei, I was responsible for network surveillance, 1st level restoration, and preventive maintenance for a Spanish operator project. I used network management tools such as ETL, Zabbix, and and handled 80% of the incoming issues, while escalating 20% to the next technical level. I also dispatched and controlled 1st line field service technicians and worked with pre-prepared instruction sets and script commands using Linux and SQL. I am motivated by solving complex problems, learning new technologies, and collaborating with diverse teams.
