About Andrada Dobse

Before working for Genpact, I worked in Sales and in the Hotel Industry for shorter periods of time, during summer breaks at university/school. I chose Genpact as a starting job because of the wide range of processes available to learn from. Since I stared working here I gathered knowledge in Procurement, Accounts Payable, Marketing Operations and Sales Admin. The tools that I used/use are: SAP, J. D. Edwards, Sales Force, Smart Sheet, Share Point, EED, Microsoft Office pack. Besides the daily tasks, I wrote job aids, trained new joiners, run performance reports for the team, implement lean ideas and help other teams to clear their backlog. My current responsibilities are clearing an error report generated in SAP. This report contains all of our clients contracts that could not be invoiced by an automatic batch. My job is to investigate, find the problem, solve the issue in SAP and generate the invoice. Besides this, I also help with other reports.
