About Andre Adams

As a leader in business development, my core strengths are grounded in technical aptitude, entrepreneurship and business operations. In 2020, I founded Engineering 360 LLC which is a privately held company offering on-demand general engineering & consulting services for a broad array of applications serving a variety of markets heavy in manufacturing and machinery. From 2019 to 2021 I served as the Sr. Product Manager for the Size Reduction and Material Handling Value Streams at ACS Group in the plastics auxiliary equipment market. I relied heavily on strong business acumen skills, forward thinking and cross-functional team work to develop practical solutions. My primary objectives were to manage the P&L, grow sales revenue, EBITDA, capture VOC, New Product Development, and increase profitability of my product lines. Other imperatives were developing product roadmap strategies with a deep understanding of sales channels and B2B markets. Key projects were product simplification, product training, gross margin improvement, manufacturing footprint, new ERP implementation, and business development for new market segments. From 2004-2019 I helped develop and launch the Centrisys THK thickening centrifuge into the market. I began this journey as a lead mechanical engineer, and grew into a Product Management role where I oversaw all NPD product launches, market, and bid strategies. During my time at Centrisys, I also helped manage the mechanical engineering team and designed advanced solutions in the water/wastewater reclamation industry. It is critical as a business leader to develop a strong supportive team with a sense of ownership in order to execute at all levels of the business. I enjoy spending quality time with my wife and daughters. My mission is to constantly strive for greatness in all that I do, continue learning and growing, and be an effective leader.
